Syspro Renewal Exposure Calculator
Syspro's formal notice ends the Initial and Annual License Fee model entirely and moves every customer to named-user subscription pricing — by 31 October 2026 outside the US, 31 December 2026 in the US. The real cost shift is concurrent to named licensing, which historically hits shift-based manufacturers hardest. Enter what you know below for an instant estimate.

How this is calculated
Concurrent Syspro licences are typically shared across 4–8x as many named identities once shift overlap, warehouse/despatch staff, and occasional users are counted — this estimate uses a narrower 2.5–6.5x range scaled to your shift pattern. Cost uses the commonly cited named-user subscription range for Syspro's new model. This is a list-rate estimate, not your actual quote — Syspro may offer lower-priced "light" or occasional-user tiers that reduce this, and the only way to know for certain is to run it against your own database, which is what the free Renewal Exposure Report above does.
Why concurrent-to-named is the real number to watch
Syspro has historically licensed concurrent users — a pool of seats shared across however many people actually touch the system, staggered across shifts. A 100-seat concurrent pool routinely serves 400–800 distinct identities. The new subscription model prices per named user instead, at $75–$150 per user per month. For a two- or three-shift manufacturer, that gap is where the real cost increase lives — not in a per-transaction charge, which isn't part of Syspro's announced model at all.
This calculator gives you a fast, list-rate estimate. The number that actually matters for a renewal decision has to come from your own database — which is exactly what a free Renewal Exposure Report does, read-only, in days.
