How it works

We built the platform. AI Associates do the work. Your team approves every action.

Performis is an intelligent operating platform of AI Associates trained to find hidden profit in your business. Your team works smarter, stays in control and raises performance.

Five steps, every workflow.

The same five steps run every workflow on the Performis platform. Each step names who acts.

  1. 01

    AI Associates learn your business.

The AI Associates read the records you choose to share, such as an inventory projection or a scheduling order. Your team sets the rules and names who approves what, and the platform stores both.

  2. 02

AI Associates find the profit worth capturing.

With your team, the AI Associates size the problem that costs you most in dollars or hours and measure today’s baseline. You agree the target in writing, and the platform records it.

  3. 03

    AI Associates run the workflow.

The workflow runs on the Performis platform. Each time it is needed, the AI Associates prepare the answer, entry or follow-up, with its sources and the checks it passed.

  4. 04

    Your team approves.

The person you name approves each result, edits it or sends it back. Nothing changes until that person says yes, and the platform records every approval.

  5. 05

    The platform tracks the result.

The platform tracks the result against the target and flags anything that slips. Corrections your team accepts are kept, so the AI Associates apply them the next time and on the next job.

Workflow
  1. Step 1 of 5

    AI Associates learn your business.

    Performis platform
Reads customer orders and the inventory projection (upload, API or MCP), and enforces security and approval rules.
AI Associate · Shipment Availability Expert
Learns your parts, open orders, planned part movements and supplier lead times.
    Your team
The supply chain owner sets the approval guidelines: who approves a purchasing corrective action, and who approves a new availability date before the customer hears it.

    What the AI Associate reads

    • SO-2207 and your other open customer orders
    • projection.xlsx (upload, API or MCP): inventory position and planned part movements
    • Supplier lead times and your approval guidelines

No corrective action is placed, and no date reaches a customer, without J. Moreno’s approval.

  2. Step 2 of 5

AI Associates find the profit worth capturing.

    Performis platform
Records each order line, the date it is needed and the order value at risk.
AI Associate · Shipment Availability Expert
Reviews customer order SO-2207 line by line and finds two parts that will not be available by 18 Nov: 2254-A arrives 3 Dec, and 7731 is short by 2 with nothing on order.
    Your team
The planner confirms the shortages and agrees the goal: the order ships on 20 Nov, as the customer asked.

Order value at risk: $46,800. As it stands, no complete-order date can be given.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    AI Associates run the workflow.

    Performis platform
Starts the availability update and records each corrective action with its cost and benefit.
AI Associate · Shipment Availability Expert
Raises two corrective actions: expedite PO-1182 so 2254-A arrives 15 Nov, and order 2 units of 7731 from a second supplier for 17 Nov. Recalculates the availability date: every part by 18 Nov.
    Your team
The purchasing owner sees both actions, with the cost of each beside the order value it protects.

Updated availability date: every part by 18 Nov, so the order ships 20 Nov. $1,800 protects a $46,800 order.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Your team approves.

    Performis platform
Holds the corrective actions and the new date until J. Moreno approves, then sends the purchase requests to purchasing and the updated date to customer service.
AI Associate · Shipment Availability Expert
Waits. It cannot place an order, change your ERP or promise a date.
    Your team
    J. Moreno approves the corrective actions and the updated availability date. Customer service confirms the date with the customer.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    The platform tracks the result.

    Performis platform
Tracks the expedited and new parts until they arrive, and flags the order if either slips.
AI Associate · Shipment Availability Expert
Monitors other open orders for the same parts and similar shortage patterns, and raises the next corrective action before an order is late.
    Your team
Sam reviews the result each week: orders shipped on the date the customer was given.

What the AI Associate has learned

    • Report availability by part, with the corrective action beside each shortage.Applies to: all availability answers · Guidance from your team
    • For 7731, go to the second supplier when the main supplier has nothing on order.Applies to: corrective actions for 7731 · Learned from J. Moreno’s approval

Next workflow: Keep supplier lead times current. Would start from the same parts, suppliers and approvers, and add the supplier confirmations it also needs.
