What is included in the first job?
Everything needed to deliver the agreed job, together with the platform and the AI Associates that run it.
How are fees determined?
As a launch partner you pay a setup fee plus a monthly usage charge. We set out both for your job on the call and agree them in writing before anything starts. Standard pricing, for customers who are not launch partners, is a fixed monthly fee with unlimited users, plus a usage fee.
What does our operational owner need to do?
Own the job and make the decisions it needs. Performis does the setup and supports the running of the workflow.
What happens after the eight weeks?
We review the result against the agreed measure together and decide with you what comes next: keep the workflow running, change its scope or add another job. Terms for continuing are agreed with you in writing.
Can we add more jobs?
Yes, by agreement, each with its own scope and fees.
