How does it work?
Five steps. AI Associates learn your firm from the records you share, find the fees or hours worth recovering and size them, and run the workflow on the Performis platform. An attorney approves every action, and the platform tracks the result and flags improvements to the rules.
Who at our firm uses Performis?
The managing partner sets the goal and the approval rules. The people who own the work today, such as docketing and billing attorneys and their staff, review and approve what the AI Associates prepare. There are no per-user charges, so everyone who needs to approve can.
What information do we need to share?
Only the records the workflow needs, such as scheduling orders, time entries, calendars and billing reports, by upload, API or MCP.
Can Performis file, send or change our calendar?
No. AI Associates prepare calendar events, time entries and follow-ups; an attorney approves them first. Court dates arrive as a calendar file to download. Performis does not write into your calendar or practice management system, and does not watch the court docket for changes.
How do we start, and what does it cost?
